Dorothy is a career coach with Randstad, the second largest HR consulting firm globally and the Director of Career Futures, a small coaching consultancy. She has many years experience in strategic human resource management, organisation restructuring and leadership development. Dorothy has held senior positions in Telecom Australia, BP Australia, Dulux Australia and PPG Industries Australia/N.Z. She is also Board Chair of a large community organisation and convenes its Governance Committee. Dorothy joined the E.W. Tipping Board in 2001 and served as Deputy Chair from 2006 to 2011.
