Francis (Frank) Cullen (Chair)
Frank has been a Board member of E W Tipping Foundation since January 2002, Deputy Chair since October 2003 and Chair from October 2006.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer for National Mutual Australasia, and later AXA, Frank was responsible for managing up to 3000 staff and for the financial management of major operations within a very large publicly listed company.
