CEO Richard Dent
Richard Dent is CEO of the EW Tipping Foundation and Chair of National Disability Services Victoria (NDSV).
Richard has worked in the community sector for almost two decades, in leadership and governance roles in child, family, disability, advocacy/policy agencies, peak bodies and professional associations.
Richard is a Sidney Myer Fellow, a Williamson Fellow and a Harvard Club Fellow. He has two Masters degrees and is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Organisational Dynamics.
Richard's proudest achievements to date have been the 2001-2005 National Person Centred Practice Project, the healthy but quality focused growth of the EW Tipping Foundation (twelve-fold in nine years), being able to contribute to the establishment of Disability Professionals Victoria in 2004, the merger of three peak bodies in Victoria in 2006 to form NDSV, and the forthcoming creation of Disability Professionals Australasia.
