General Manager Community and Individual Services Faye Warren

Faye Warren has many years' experience in disability, including in roles which encompass a wide range of disability services.

Faye has also undertaken many roles in the community on a volunteer basis such as Cub Scout Leader, Meals on Wheels and the delivery of Outreach Programs for the once RVIB in Warragul. Her sporting interests included Basketball, Netball, Squash and Autokana.

The implementation of the Voice Interest and Education Club (sponsored by the Smith Family) in Warragul was due to Faye’s determination to bring professional development and stimulating service clubs to women in rural communities. This has been very successful with additional clubs being formed across Gippsland.

Faye is a Director of the Piper Aircraft Society and is an active member of the Seaplanes Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and Local Aero Club delivering Pilot Proficiency Programs to Aircraft Owners.

She spent 14 years working with the Department of Human Services in its Gippsland Region, including as its Manager of Disability Services, before moving to the EW Tipping Foundation three years ago as its Regional Manager for Gippsland.

Faye has extensive experience in the for-profit sector and brings her business understanding, combined with her value system, to the role of General Manager Community and Individual Services.
