Strategic Plan
Through extensive consultation and feedback from people we support, families, staff and other stakeholders, we developed our 2009-2012 strategic plan.
The key priorities in this plan are to:
- Provide strategic leadership amongst the community sector and the community
- Uphold and champion the rights of individuals and the strengths of communities
- Support and coordinate our network of community partner organisations through exemplary leadership, governance, management and corporate and specialist support services
