Support work can be as simple as taking someone to a dance lesson!A career in the community support sector can be incredibly rewarding!

You can make someone’s day, rather than make someone richer.

At a hands-on level, community support work is also flexible (great for students, mums returning to work, part-time workers) and local.    We also regularly have positions in a range of other support roles, in service co-ordination and administration.

Disability support workers often help people to develop their independent living skills - like cooking.We pride ourselves on being supportive and empowering our staff. We aim to provide conditions which enable our staff to enjoy their work and to maximise their personal potential. We have a particular focus on learning and development for all staff.

All positions require:

  • eligibility to work in Australia
  • a criminal records check, and
  • satisfactory completion of a pre-existing injuries form

Some positions are also subject to the Working with Children check.
