Andrew Richardson, Chief Executive Officer
As of March 1, 2018, House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation have become one united organisation, supporting people with a disability in more places and in new and better ways.
CEO of HWNS since 2006, Andrew Richardson, is now CEO of the merged organisation.
Andrew is a successful leader who has held various positions in the community, management consultancy and technology sectors. He has over 20 years’ senior executive experience and has been involved with organisations that provide services to people with a disability, both as a volunteer and parent.
Graeme Kelly, Chief Strategy Officer
Graeme became CEO of The Tipping Foundation in 2012 and he now leads strategic planning, merger integration, partnerships and major bids for our merged organisation. He also oversees the Company Secretarial function, filled by Jacqui Wilson, the Company Secretary.
Graeme is an experienced executive and director in organisations that make a significant social impact – spanning major health and emergency services, and not for profits in the disability, mental health and education sectors.
Robyn Eicker, Chief Marketing Officer
Former Executive General Manager Marketing and Community of HWNS, Robyn leads our marketing, fundraising and communications activities, and is overseeing the development of a new brand strategy.
Robyn has over 25 years’ experience in commercial marketing with well-known global brands.
Mark Doro, Chief Transformation Officer
Chief Transformation Officer of HWNS, Mark now leads IT, business transformation and strategic innovation for the merged organisation.
He previously led transformation at Headspace, and oversaw national and international teams as General Manager of IT at Myer.
Kim Parish, Chief People Officer,
Former Executive General Manager of People, Learning and Culture at HWNS, Kim now leads HR, Learning and Workforce for the merged organisation.
She previously lead a HR consultancy specialising in the NFP sector, and held executive HR roles in the hospitality, education and health sectors in Europe and London.
Catherine Morrow / James Digby, Chief Financial Officer
HWNS Chief Financial Officer Catherine Morrow will retire from her role at the end of March 2018.
The Tipping Foundation Chief Financial Officer James Digby, will act as CFO from the beginning of April 2018 until a new CFO is recruited.
Rob Watkins, Executive Director of Support Services
Former Executive General Manager New South Wales and ACT of HWNS, Rob now heads adult support services and children’s flexible supports. He has over 20 years’ public sector management experience, including a successful career at Home Care and as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Launch Manager for the Hunter Trial site.
Tipping’s General Manager of Client Services (Vic), Jayne Gallo remains responsible for existing Victorian services, as well as taking on responsibility for HWNS’ current operation in North East Melbourne.
Scott Sheppard, Chief Customer Officer
Former Executive General Manager Queensland, Victoria, and Tasmania of HWNS, Scott now leads quality, practice, policy, human rights, research and customer experience functions.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the disability sector, serving on the NDS State Committee and National Board, and the Victorian Government NDIS Implementation Taskforce.
Brett Lacey, Executive Director of Businesses and Children’s Services
Brett continues to lead the HWNS portfolio of businesses which employ people with disability. He also takes on the leadership of early intervention and statutory out-of-home children’s services.
He has over 20 years’ experience working with NFP organisations, leading operations through major industry, funding and regulatory reform.
