Graeme Kelly, CEO The Tipping Foundation

Graeme Kelly

Chief Executive Officer

Graeme was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of The Tipping Foundation in July 2012.

Graeme has been extensively involved in the community, health and not for profit sectors for more than 20 years in leadership, executive and governance roles. Prior to joining the Foundation, Graeme was CEO of VicDeaf. He is also a member of a number of sector peak bodies and professional associations and has a strong broader governance commitment to the not for profit sector as Chairman of Outdoors Inc and as a Board Director of the Andrew Dean Fildes Foundation.

He has a Master of Business (Leadership and Organisation Dynamics), a postgraduate Diploma in Organisation Behaviour and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Politics Majors). He is a graduate member of the Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Human Resources Institute and Australian College of Health Services Executives. Graeme is also an alumnus of both Leadership Victoria and Harvard Business School having completed the “Strategic Perspectives for Not for Profit CEOs” in 2010 and “Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organisations” in 2014, both conducted at Harvard Business School in Boston.

James has an extensive background in senior financial and corporate roles in the education, not for profit, health and commercial sectors. In many of his roles he has been a mentor and guide to the financial and business practices of the organisation to achieve better outcomes. James places an emphasis on the importance of working with people in order to ensure these successful results. He joined The Tipping Foundation in March 2012.

James is an FCPA and holds a Bachelor of Business specialising in Accounting, Masters of Business Administration specialising in Strategic Planning and a Graduate Diploma in International and Community Development.

James is actively involved as a volunteer with asylum seekers and with Nepal-based agencies.

Jayno Gallo, General Manager Client Services

Jayne has extensive Executive and Non-Executive Director level experience in the Health, Aged and Disability sectors with a specific focus on transformation of services to deliver both organisational and customer outcomes.

With a background in health, community and hospital care, Jayne has a strong passion for creating quality programs that are informed by the experiences of consumers and carers.

Jayne has a Bachelor of Arts La Trobe University, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management RMIT, Masters of Public Policy & Management Monash University, Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling Lincoln Institute and RN Alfred Hospital.

Jantine Eddelbuttel, General Manager Human Resources

Jantine has been the Human Resource Manager for The Tipping Foundation since early 2010. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, in addition to a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Certificate in Business. Jantine is a Certified Professional of the Human Resources Institute of Australia.

She has worked in the not-for-profit sector for the past 15 years and prior to this she had international and local experience in human resources and business across a range of industries including health, aged care, insurance, telecommunications and entertainment.

Jantine leads the Human Resources team, which aims to provide services and initiatives that engage and connect with, invest in, grow and inspire our people, who are our greatest asset. She is currently deputy chair of the National Disability Services (NDS) Workforce Advisory Group, Victoria

Jane Emery, General Manager, Community Relations

Jane’s brings to The Tipping Foundation a passion for building brands with a strong background in advertising, research and business development. She was Managing Director of Grey Advertising’s Melbourne and Canberra offices prior to joining us in 2013.

Jane has post graduate qualifications in e-commerce from Deakin University and a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University.

Until late 2015, Jane sat on the Board of Summer Foundation, was previously on the advertising advisory board at RMIT, the board of Alzheimer’s Victoria and the Australia Day Committee.
