Meet some of our people:
Service Manager – South East region
Pam has extensive experience within the disability sector, working in both metropolitan and rural settings for 20 years. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and was voted by her peers to be a representative on the National Disability Services Victorian committee. Pam works in a consultative and inclusive manner, and leads a professional and passionate team, committed to active support and continual improvement.
Acting Service Manager – Grampians & Barwon regions
Luke started working as a disability support worker in 2008, specialising in people with high physical support needs. In 2014 he joined The Tipping Foundation as a residential Team Leader, based in Ballarat. Luke then quickly moved into a coordination role. He now works across respite, community support programs and residential. Luke is passionate about delivering high quality support to our clients with Person Centred Active Support a priority in terms of embedding it within our culture.
Practice Leader – North West
Troy has an Honours Degree in Psychology and has expertise in behaviour intervention, positive behaviour support strategies and development of individual client outcomes. He works in partnership with clinical and neuropsychologists, forensic psychologists, occupational therapists and speech therapists across a range of individual programs and settings.
Practice Leader – South East
Sabrina, who has a Masters in Social Sciences, has spent her career supporting people in community services in a range of service and program areas. The most important aspect of all her experience is integrity and commitment to client rights. This manifests in always supporting the client’s choice, person driven service delivery and listening to what families say.
Client Engagement Coordinator – Community
Kim coordinates high quality, person centred services supporting a wide range of people with various disabilities and complex needs, covering a large area of Gippsland. She has over 15 years experience in the disability sector in various roles in community, residential, respite and youth services. Kim is passionate about being client centred and connecting people within the wider community.
Service Coordinator – Day Service
Cheryl is the Service Coordinator for our Day Services with a focus on providing programs that both challenge and enhance the lives of our clients. New programs such as Car Works, Business Enterprises and Music Performance are now part of our Day Service’s everyday programming along with client favourites like Mosaics, Cooking, Computers and Art.
Community Engagement Coordinator
Karina brings a wealth of experience working with clients with complex needs. She is the quiet achiever of the team with a strong background in designing supports for people with autism. Her commitment to doing the best job she can is nothing less than remarkable.
Toby has been the Preston office Service Manager for community and residential since 2012, previously specialising in complex attendant support for people with neurological conditions. He leads an experienced team who are all committed to helping clients achieve their individual goals.
Client Engagement Coordinator
Linda has over 20 years working the disability sector. She has expertise working with dementia, ABI and those clients with physical disabilities. Linda truly understands the importance of matching a client’s needs with the support worker’s skill and personality.
