A couple of years back we ran some independent research with Monash University to really understand what our clients think about our services – what they like and what we could do better.
We are currently in the process of conducting a new round of similar research with our clients and families again. Just as last time, it is being done independent of The Tipping Foundation which means it will be completely anonymous to us and we will get a summary report at the end of the project.
What do we need you to do?
If you’re a staff member, please let your clients know they will get a survey in the mail in the coming weeks (only those who are aged over 18 and from our disability services).
We want people to be as honest as they can and they can have a family member help if they want.
The survey can be returned in the pre-paid self-addressed envelope (sent straight to the research team at Monash University so we will not see any individual responses).
If your client or family member tells you they have lost or forgotten about the first survey tell them not to worry. Another survey will be posted around three weeks later to everyone who did not return the first survey.
What our clients have to say is very important to us and this project will be a good way of telling us.
Thank you in advance. If any of your clients have any questions regarding the survey they can email Christine Migliorini firstname.lastname@example.org (note her work days are Monday and Tuesday only).
