We welcome all feedback, complaints & compliments

We welcome your feedback on our service delivery. If we need to improve or you are unhappy with the services you are receiving you are well within your rights to put in a suggestion or a complaint. Or if there is an aspect of your service delivery that you think we do particularly well, that might benefit other clients as well, then we also welcome your comments. Your feedback and suggestions help us provide high quality services.

Complaints, feedback and suggestions are all welcome at The Tipping Foundation. All feedback we receive is taken seriously, no matter how small the issue may seem. Our services need to work for each individual client so please speak up so that we can get it right for you. We will work together with you to resolve your concerns or celebrate our successes.

All enquiries are treated confidentially and in order to appropriately respond to we need your contact details. Anonymous enquiries will be reviewed but the absence of valid contact details restricts what actions we can take.

To talk to someone about your suggestion, complaint or compliment, please call (03) 9564 1000 or use the contact form below and a staff member will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the matter. Please identify the service that your feedback is about.


Please note – unfortunately we cannot assist with complaints outside of our organisation however in such instances we can recommend you contact the Disability Services Commissioner.

The Disability Services Commissioner is an independent statutory body that functions separately to government and Victorian disability service providers to offer a free, confidential and supportive complaints resolution process.
