We work together so everyone has a fair go

The Tipping Foundation employs approximately 1300 staff throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria who work together to support children, families and people with a disability. We offer a range of opportunities directly supporting people with a disability and young people who are vulnerable, as well as office-based roles such as in HR, IT, finance and administration.

We recently announced plans to merge with House with No Steps to increase our impact for people with disabilities. We’re now pleased to announce the new Executive Leadership Team for the merged organisation.
Merger approved by members
The Annual General Meeting was held yesterday and, after discussing the matter, the members voted unanimously in favour of the merger with House with No Steps.
